General Refund Policy

At Arty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event of an issue, the following policies apply:

  • If we ship the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item. We will also arrange for the collection of the incorrect item.
  • If the item supplied is defective, we will exchange it for a new one or issue store credit for the purchase value. The defective item will be collected from you.
  • If the item is damaged during delivery, we will replace it with a new one or provide store credit for the purchase value and collect the damaged item.

All refunds are issued as store credit to be used for future purchases on our website.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

For ready-made products, cancellations must be made as soon as possible after placing the order. For made-to-order items, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • If the order is canceled before production starts, store credit will be issued for the full value of the order.
  • If the order is canceled after production begins, store credit will be issued for 70% of the order value.
  • If the order is canceled when it is ready for delivery, no refund will be issued.

To cancel an order, email info@arty.ae with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.

 

Product Returns Policy

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery by contacting info@arty.ae with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Eligible returns will be issued as store credit once the item is returned and inspected.

Exceptions & Exclusions:

  • Made-to-order products and customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Discounted items or items sold during promotions are non-returnable.
  • Partial store credit may be issued for:
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 2 days after delivery (only at our discretion).

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing an order.

 

Delivery

To return a product, please contact us at info@arty.ae for the return process and the return shipping address. Returned items should only be sent to the location we specify during your return request.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if store credit is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credited amount.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
